My journey as an educator spans over twenty-six years, as a higher secondary teacher and principal across several government schools in Kerala. Working closely with students from backgrounds has allowed me to witness their diverse dreams, struggles, and talents. Over time, I realized that many young people, though capable and ambitious, often need the right kind of guidance to recognize their strengths and choose paths that truly resonate with them. This realization drew me toward career counselling. Having mentored students at different stages of their academic journeys, I have come to see how transformative it can be when guidance aligns with a student’s interests and skill set. Today, my goal is to help every student navigate the uncertainty of career choices with clarity and confidence, so they can build futures that reflect their true potential and passion.
