My journey as an educator spans over twenty-six years, as a higher secondary teacher and principal across several government schools in Kerala. Working closely with students from backgrounds has allowed me to witness their diverse dreams, struggles, and talents. Over time, I realized that many young people, though capable and ambitious, often need the right kind of guidance to recognize their strengths and choose paths that truly resonate with them. This realization drew me toward career counselling. Having mentored students at different stages of their academic journeys, I have come to see how transformative it can be when guidance aligns with a student’s interests and skill set. Today, my goal is to help every student navigate the uncertainty of career choices with clarity and confidence, so they can build futures that reflect their true potential and passion.

I took career counselling for my son, who finished 10th from Vasantha Kumari Madam. Before counselling, we were totally confused between Science and Commerce. Sir did a detailed 5D assessment and explained everything in Malayalam very simply. For the first time, we understood our son`s real strength is in Design and Business, not in Medicine as we thought. He suggested BMS/ Product Design instead of forcing him into Science. What I liked most - Madam did not just give a career name, she gave a full 10-year roadmap, college list in Kerala, and even WhatsApp support after the session. Very friendly, not commercial at all. Fees is very reasonable compared to big centres in Trivandrum city. If you are a parent in Trivandrum confused about your child`s future, I 100% recommended this Career Counsellor. Best decision we took.
