About Counsellor:
I am Radhika Balagopalan, an education professional and passionate advocate of lifelong learning. I hold an M.Sc. in Geography, a B.Ed., and a Graduate Certificate in Education with a specialization in Instructional Leadership from Murdoch University, Perth, Australia.
With extensive experience in education, I have worked as an Educational Expert with government school initiatives and contributed to the STARS Project
(Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States), a World Bank-aided initiative of the Ministry of Education, gaining valuable experience in educational development, teacher capacity building and school-level improvement.
My journey through education, teacher development and working closely with learners has strengthened my belief that every individual has unique potential. This led me to career counselling, where I aim to help students and individuals understand themselves, explore possibilities and make informed, confident career choices.
