Kamaldeep Kaur

I’m Kamaldeep Kaur, a Career Counsellor, Psychology Educator, and the founder of The Career Mapping.

With 10 years of experience teaching Psychology, I have worked closely with students during some of the most important stages of their academic and personal development. This experience has helped me understand that choosing the right career is not simply about marks—it is about understanding a student’s interests, abilities, personality, strengths, values, and aspirations.

Through The Career Mapping, I help students gain clarity about their future through career counselling, psychometric assessments, RIASEC-based interest exploration, stream selection, course and college guidance, career planning, and scholarship awareness.

My approach is student-centred and practical. Rather than telling students what they should become, I help them understand themselves, explore suitable possibilities, and develop a realistic roadmap towards their goals.

I strongly believe that every student has potential; the key is discovering the direction in which that potential can grow.

My purpose is simple: to turn career confusion into clarity and help students map a future that truly fits them.
