With over two decades of teaching experience across schools and colleges, I have worked with students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, under both Indian and international curricula. My focus has consistently been on holistic development—encouraging learners to discover and pursue their potential with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
At the college level, I engage regularly in structured mentoring sessions and have been an active member of the Placement Cell for several years, supporting students in aligning their aspirations with real-world opportunities.
Beyond the classroom, I volunteer with NGOs, contribute through the Inner Wheel Club, and lead community initiatives focused on education, youth empowerment, and social responsibility. Authoring academic books has deepened my understanding of learner needs and curriculum design.
A former Toastmaster, I also enjoy playing chess and learning Carnatic music.
My counselling approach draws from experience, empathy, and practical insight—aimed at helping young minds make informed, meaningful choices.
